  上海民办圣华紫竹双语学校（简称“圣华紫竹双语”）原为华东师大二附中紫竹双语学校，是由紫竹高新区投资兴建的一所九年一贯制民办义务教育学校。学校目前有紫凤路和谈家塘路两个校区，是华东师范大学教育集团成员校、上海教育科学研究院民办基础教育科研实践中心和华东师范大学国际教师教育中心教育硕士实习基地。2025年9月，两个校区将整体迁入现代化的兰香湖基础教育园区。

  依托紫竹高新区“生态、人文、科技、教育”的战略定位，圣华紫竹双语将步入内涵式、特色化发展通道，为学生提供多元选择、突显中英双语特色，致力于打造学术与专长、品质与志趣均衡发展的多彩校园，为孩子们终生学习和发展奠定坚实的基础。

Shenghua Zizhu Bilingual School is a privately-funded school offering compulsory education with a nine-year continuous education system. It is a member of the ECNU Educational Organization, the research and practice center of the Shanghai Academy of Educational Sciences for private compulsory education, and serves as a practical basis for Master's students in Education from the ECNU International Center for Teacher Education. By 2025, the two campuses will be relocated to Lanxianghu (Lake) Basis.

Thanks to the strategic positioning "ecology, culture, and technology" of Zizhu High-tech Park, the school is undergoing a rapid development on bilingual differences, offering all students with different choices, so as to meet their various interests and needs, and create an intelligent learning community.
